چکیده
This article considers three standard asset pricing models with adaptive agents and stochastic dividends. The models only di er in the parameters to be estimated. We assume that only limited information is used to construct estimators. Therefore, parameters are not estimated consistently. More precisely, we assume that the parameters are estimated by exponential smoothing, where past parameters are down-weighted and the weight of recent observations does not decrease with time. This situation is familiar for applications in nance. Even if time series of volatile stocks or bonds are available for a long time, only recent data is used in the analysis. In this situation the prices do not converge and remain a random variable. This raises the question how to describe equilibrium behavior with stochastic prices. However, prices can reveal properties such as ergodicity, such that the law of the price process converges to a stationary law, which provides a natural and useful extension of the idea of equilibrium behavior of an economic system for a stochastic setup. It is this implied law of the price process that we investigate in this paper. We provide conditions for the ergodicity and analyze the stationary distribution. JEL-Classi cation: D83, D84, G10.

The Effects of Monetary Policy on Output and Inflation in Afghanistan: A Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Approach
T he consequences of the decisions and policies taken for the reconstruction of Afghanistan during the past decade, showed that there should be paid more attention to the monetary policies. There is also a question that whether monetary policies have the potential to affect the production and inflation in Afghanistan or not. The aim of this paper is to explore this effect by designin...
متن کاملMonetary and Fiscal Policy Interaction in Iran: A Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Approach
Achieving the goals of price stability, sustainable economic growth, and the improvement of many economic variables require coordination between the monetary and financial authorities. In this study, a new modified Keynesian stochastic dynamic equilibrium general equilibrium model is introduced for Iran and in the framework of game theory, optimal policy of fiscal and monetary authorities are d...
متن کاملEffect of Sentiments on Macroeconomic Variables in Iran: A Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Approach
This study aims to evaluate the effect of sentiments on Iran's economy through a New Keynesian Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium model in a closed economy. In this study, the coefficients of the proposed model are calibrated and estimated using the quarterly data of Iran's economy from 2004 to 2015. It shows that in the presence of sentiment, how stochastic impulses affect the main macroec...
متن کاملIdentifiability of Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Models with Covariance Restrictions
This article is concerned with identification problem of parameters of Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium Models with emphasis on structural constraints, so that the number of observable variables is equal to the number of exogenous variables. We derived a set of identifiability conditions and suggested a procedure for a thorough analysis of identification at each point in the parameters sp...
متن کاملA Benders\' Decomposition Based Solution Method for Solving User Equilibrium Problem: Deterministic and Stochastic Cases
The traffic assignment problem is one of the most important problems for analyzing and optimizing the transportation network to find optimal flows. This study presented a new formulation based on a generalized Benders' decomposition approach to solve its important part, i.e. user equilibrium problems, in deterministic and stochastic cases. The new approach decomposed the problem into a master p...
متن کاملThe Impact of Monetary and Exchange Policies on the Country’s Trade balance Fluctuation with the Approach of Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) models
This paper uses the framework of new Keynesian school and the literature of the Dynamic Stochastic General Equilibrium (DSGE) model to build a general model that can be estimated for Iran economy. By simulating this model, the effects of the implementation of monetary and foreign exchange policies through policy instruments including bank interest rate, central bank international reserves and t...
